From Dulwich OnView exhibition review:
“The video interviews small children about their future homes, making the viewer aware of how children perceive the connection between home and identity. As children stand in small play-homes, they imagine bigger, grander homes with five bedrooms, swimming pools, and even closets leading to Narnia”
Some of the comments left by visitors to the exhibition:
"I absolutely loved the Dream House video, so beautiful"
"Reminded me of being a child, I drew many pictures of my dream house. Forgotten memories resurfacing. Interesting to see how different each child is already at such tender age. Not all dreams come true. Where did they go? Keep up the thought-provoking work"
"Loved the film, beautifully shot and very touching"
"I was so pleased I realised about the video in the little 'cave' under the stairs! It was delightful"
