The Space Between is a short audio piece that was created in 2001 as part of a solo exhibition, Presence, at Third Avenue Gallery, Vancouver. The audio, which sampled text from Kobo Abe’s “The Face of Another” was played within a plexi glass sound box with a backlit transparent image of the city at night. The Space Between was exhibited at Raven Row, London, in 2011, as part of the Resonance Open, a sound art exhibition curated by Ed Baxter for Gone with the Wind.
