Since July I've had three photographs included in From the Shadows, a curated group exhibition at Stour Space, Hackney Wick, a wonderful venue close to the Olympics site. The exhibition runs through to the end of September.
At the end of this month my video, Inside, will be included in the inaugural exhibition at Porthole Space in Deptford. It's a new apartment exhibition venue run by artist/curator/tenant Sarah Jacobs. 17 artists are involved with the first show, Precious.
During October and November I'll once again be contributing to Photomonth. The work is from a new series called Riverbed Stories that was shot around Erith in South East London. The images will be screened at Rich Mix in November as part of Photomonth's Radical London.
I'm also working on a new video that I plan to show next Spring. This is exciting for me as it's the first major video project since completing Inside.
